BIO

Welcome to my page.  I relocated to the Charlotte area twenty years ago from Western New York with my husband and three children.  I enjoy time with my family, especially my Grandson!  I am an avid golfer and belong to the Rolling Hills Country Club.  Having raised my children in the Charlotte area, I am very familiar with the Charlotte area school systems and the area in general.  I also have personal experience with buying, selling and building custom homes.

I came to real estate from a career in accounting, so attention to detail is just a part of who I am.  Buying and selling a home can be a stressful exercise, so having someone who pays attention to the details for you is important.

I am dedicated and pledge to make my clients experience as smooth and effortless as possible. As a full-time REALTOR® for over 14 years, my goal is to provide my clients with a successful home-selling and/or home-buying experience. Using the latest technology and marketing tools, I will assist you through every step of the real estate process. Whether you are a buyer or seller, I look forward to providing you with excellent dedicated service. It's a great time to buy or sell a home. Contact me today to get started!

REVIEWS

"My husband and I recently closed on our very first home this past Monday. We used Pat as our Realtor. I could write a novel about how much she helped us. We have been working with her since November and she was ALWAYS available every time I reached out to her. I emailed her at 12am one night about a listing and got an email about showing it to us right after I sent it! She was so accommodating and really worked FOR us the entire time. She negotiated an unbelievable deal for us and wouldn't stop trying to get us a home, not a house. She was so inquisitive about what we wanted and learned in a very short time what we liked and didn't like. She could read me like a book right when I walked into the house. She knew before I did that I did or didn't like the property. She is so educated in her field and with her experience, it made us feel so comfortable since we were first time home buyers. I trusted her from the very beginning. We ran into a lot of unfortunate hiccups during closing and if it wasn't for her, we would have paid A LOT more money out of pocket for things that our mortgage broker didn't help us out with. She fought for us at the closing table and is still fighting for us because we were treated so poorly. It wasn't her job to get into detail that much at the closing table, but she had our best interests at hand and worked until the final second (and is still working for us even after closing) to ensure we were treated well. I met Pat as a Realtor, but left as a friend. Words can't express our gratitude to her for helping us not only find a home for our little family, but for helping us with negotiations and when we were taken advantage of with our broker. Pat came very highly recommended by a close friend of ours who is very picky with business relationships and I can see why she received the rave reviews. My husband didn't even want to use a realtor, but he is singing a different tune now. He told Pat and I the other day that he didn't know what we would have done without her. She made the entire process so easy for us and won us over with her personality and love for her clients and profession. Pat does what she does because she loves her job and it shows. I was blown away with the entire experience with Pat from start to finish. Her firm as well as her clients are so blessed to have her working for them! Call her now to be your agent, you won't regret it. :)"
